General Terms
- My artwork is to not be used for generative AI artwork for any purpose. You will be blacklisted.- If wanting to commission me you automatically agree to my terms of service.- I will not deal with rude attitude or people trying to rush me.- I will edit my artwork to fit your desires as needed. Do not edit my work, I will fix whatever is requested.- Any artwork I draw may be potentially posted online by me.- You may upload your commission to any site as long as proper credit is given to me.
Art Commissions
- I may reject your commission or purchase for any reason.- If there are any updates with art I will show you right away. Asking is fine but I always show right after I sketch something!- I am able to change art sketches if you don't like anything about it, only before lining starts.- I can work with deadlines, no less than 4-6 days for complex pieces.- I will not work with extremely shaded reference sheets unless the colors are clearly obvious. If the sheet has a color pick on the side I may be able to work with it.- I will not work with AI generated art or reference sheets.- I go in order of who commissioned me first. If I haven't worked on yours yet someone may be in front of you. You can find all my progress on my Trello ( Check My Carrd ).- I will not send you a unwatermarked version of my artwork.- If an excessive amount of changes are requested you may be charged a fee.
Custom Designs And Adopts
- If a custom design is not wanted, I may resell the custom to whomever Id like.- I will not rip off a character, but I will make one similar upon request.- If you resell my design for more then bought without artwork you will be blocked and blacklisted.- You may make changes to my designs as long as they are still recognizable.- You may not take credit for my designs, even redesigns must include partial credit to me.- I will only use transparent bases for base customs.- Please do not delete my designs off of Toyhou.se , if you are hiding them please notify and or authorize me if comfortable as I keep track of my designs.
Your Character Here / YCH
- Payment must be sent before I start any color or line art changes.- No major edits to premade YCH'S will be made unless stated otherwise, tiny changes are okay.
Payment And Refunds
- Payment methods accepted are Cashapp, Paypal friends and family option or paid fee.- Payment must be sent before line-work for regular commissions or custom designs. I will start line work once approval is given by the commissioner. For adopts and YCHs payment is sent before receiving art updates or design.- A refund may only be given if I cancel your commission or purchase for personal reasons.
